3. Pricing

EUR. IVA 22%. Stripe or bank transfer.

4. AI Model Disclaimer

AI language models are probabilistic. We guarantee 90%+ intent accuracy but cannot guarantee 100% correct responses. Guardrails and fallbacks are built into every deployment.

5. Data Ownership

Your training data and conversation logs remain your property. Models trained on your data are exclusively yours. We delete all client data within 30 days of engagement end upon request.

6. IP

Custom chatbot code and configurations become client property upon full payment. Our proprietary frameworks and tools remain ours.

7. Law

Italian law. Courts of Milano. EU ODR: ec.europa.eu/odr.

8. Consumer Rights

14-day withdrawal (D.lgs. 206/2005). Waived once development begins with consent.
